Student application pending for over 2 weeks

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education team,

I applied for GitHub Education student benefits on January 9, 2026.
My application has been pending for more than two weeks.

I have:

• Enabled two-factor authentication
• Verified my academic email address (@studio.unibo.it)
• Updated my full legal name to match my academic documents

However, I am unable to see my application status in my GitHub settings,
and I am still being redirected to the Enterprise application form.

Could you please help review or reset my student application?
