Github student package problem needs help

Hello,
​I am a student from Türkiye and I have been trying to verify my student status for the last 3 days. Despite uploading my official documents (Student Certificate / Takdir Belgesi) multiple times, your automated bot keeps rejecting me for nonsensical reasons like "School name not found" or "Name mismatch" — even though everything matches my profile perfectly.
​The Real Problem:
When I try to open a "Manual Review" or contact support, I get a blank white screen. The support form is completely broken for me. I’ve tried different browsers, clearing cookies, and mobile data, but I cannot reach a human being because the form won't load.
​I am 15 years old, I don't have a credit card, and I was relying on the GitHub Student Developer Pack to start my coding journey and set up a server for my project. I am stuck in an endless loop: the bot is blind and the support form is dead.
​Evidence:
I have my official documents ready. I just need a human moderator to look at them since your automated system is failing a genuine student.
​Please help me bypass this "white screen" issue or provide an alternative way to submit my documents for manual verification.
