Files Missing from Commit in Web UI

Git Blame here correctly shows that protected $contains_eu_political_advertising = 0; was added in this commit

But when I "Search within code" for $contains_eu_political_advertising it comes up empty. The file src/Google/Ads/GoogleAds/V19/Resources/Campaign.php also doesn't appear in the lefthand sidebar of changed files for that commit.

Other files int he same commit are affected similarly.
