Minor UI issues

Hi Dimillian,

Thank you for this great tool. I'm trying to get used to it today. Just found some minor UI issues to report:

1. The texts overlap each other when the files are nested in a deep folder:

2. Can we enlarge this text box automatically to fit the content while typing?

3. The most annoying thing is that I found myself trying to drag the window by these areas but failed:

4. Once added a new project, it shows a broken icon:
