Move from icon fonts to SVG

Icon fonts is currently compromising the Lit.js migration because it relies on global css forcing up to opt out of the shadow dom when a Lit component use an icon font (see the [FIXEME comment])(https://github.com/NodeSecure/cli/blob/master/public/components/expandable/expandable.js).

The goal of this ticket is to implement a new system to render an icon based on SVG and Lit.

• Then generic lit icon component that leverage will SVG.
