[p5.strands] Document `mix` method

From the description, I understand that this GLSL method is already available in p5.strands and used in some examples, but it doesn’t currently have its own reference page.

I can work on this by creating a new reference entry under a p5.strands section, documenting the method with its parameters and a few clear usage examples.

If that sounds good, could you please assign this issue to me?
